TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once your order has been received, we aim to process and pack your soap in 1-3 working days. Please allow 3-12 days for postage of your order via Australia Post.
If you reside in Sunbury 3429 or 3427 then free delivery is offered – please select this option at checkout and your order will be left in a safe place near your front door if you are not home.
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been posted, and a tracking number where available.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is given and the parcel is returned to sender, additional postage charges will be payable by the customer to re-send the parcel to the correct address.
The Soap Dish will not be held liable for any costs for the cancellation of orders, non-delivery of orders and for the cost of returned orders. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
If there is a fault with your product, please contact The Soap Dish within 48 hours so I can arrange for the product to be returned and inspected. A replacement product will be offered for any returned goods that are found to be faulty. Any returns must be sent within 7 days.

All of our soaps are hand made in limited quantities. Therefore variances in colour, appearance and size will occur. This does not affect the quality or usability of our soap. The Soap Dish reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if your original choice becomes unavailable.
