Goat Milk Soap

Goat’s Milk Soap has a PH level similar to human skin. It is popular for it’s legendary skin healing and moisturising properties. People who prefer goat milk soap claim that it is far less drying and harsh than commercial soap, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised by how nice your skin feels after using it. The lather is rich, thick and creamy, and a soothing treat for dry irritated skin.

All of our handmade soaps are gentle and nourishing, but if you’re unsure about using soap, then you won’t regret trying goats milk soap first. Each bar is fragrance and colour free, although they have a gorgeous milky scent and soft golden colour from the milk proteins being heated up during soaping.

Glycerin is a byproduct of the soapmaking process and naturally occurs in handmade soap. Glycerin is a natural skin-conditioner, keeping your skin hydrated and soft, not drying it out.

What I leave out:
You won’t find harsh detergents, petroleum products, esters, surfactants, alcohols, low grade oils, parabens, waxes, fillers or preservatives in any of my soap

Get ready to lather up!

The lather from natural soap is creamy & bubbly and should leave your skin feeling ‘just right’ – not tight and dry.

Test on a small area of skin before using all over. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

All my soaps are aged for 4-6 weeks to make them milder and longer lasting. To properly care for your bars of handmade soap, use a soap dish that drains water away – keep your soap dry between washes and it will last much longer!
